Ukrainian dishes have long been known outside Ukraine and have entered the menu of international dishes. We want to present you only a small part, without which Ukraine is impossible. We produce homemade and sell frozen semi-finished products of Ukrainian national cuisine. Such us pirogies, pelmeni (dumplings), nalysnyky, cabbage rolls and hash brown.

OutStanding beef is a local source for ethically and sustainably raised “happy” beef. Our young beef animals are raised sustainably on native grasslands in Special Areas. In the finishing stages, animals are fed free choice barley for great tasting beef with exceptional marbling and tenderness. Our family farm was established northeast of Hanna, AB in 1919 and the 5th generation has just recently hit the ground running!
